My yoga path
I am a trained and certified 500 hour yoga teacher at Yoga Alliance (AYA). During my pregnancy I completed my additional qualification as a pre- and postnatal teacher. My personal yoga path began more than 15 years ago, with my very first yoga class in a yoga studio in Braunschweig. Since then, yoga has accompanied me on my life path and has meanwhile become an indispensable part of my life. I teach several hours a week and I also practice regularly for myself.

Yoga has the great power to harmonize our body, mind and soul. We can relax more easily and through conscious breathing during the yoga exercises, we also promote our powers of concentration.
